EXTREME
Our historic winery is the most south-easterly in Italy, in the Capo di Leuca, at the ends of the earth. Its name celebrates our extreme territory.
CRU
100% Negroamaro grapes from our finest vineyard, called Bellucci, planted in 2003 on our Supersano estate. The very same vineyard that gives us the grapes for the historic Armécolo.
RISERVA
The wine macerate for three days on the skins, punched down daily, achieving this intense cherry colour. It then ages for eight months in old cement tanks, giving it a firm, assertive body of a style now long forgotten. Ideal throughout the meal.
Pairings: tubettino with scorpionfish, rustic onion pizza, braised chicken, or whatever dish inspires you!
