Our Centino wine can be considered the ‘little brother’ of our Cento su Cento Primitivo. While the latter has a great structure, with long aging in first and second passage oak barriques, we age the Centino wine for a shorter time and in older woods, so as to obtain a combination between the concentration of the fruit of this vine and a softer, more immediate tannic structure, while still of great complexity.
